RECYCLABLE and also REUSABLE 3 times more than PET bottles (on an average PC bottles can be used for 60-80 cycles as against 15-20 cycles for PET bottles) i.e. 75% LESSER PLASTIC and also Non-Carcinogenic.

Polycarbonate (PC) Bottles
- Aqua Clear’s tradition of Quality and Concern towards customer continues not just with water, but even the bottles used.
- Aqua Clear Water is packed and is one of the very few companies in India which has been using only Polycarbonate (PC) bottles.
- PC Bottles are used for baby feeding (given their quality parameters and the fact that they can be sterilized using hot water) and are reusable bottles.
- However, PET Bottles are recommended for single usage and their heat resistance is only to the extent of 70 degree centigrade as against 135 degrees for PC Bottles.
- PC Bottles are hard with high transparency and scratch resistant – recommended and used internationally as against soft/ medium transparent/ low scratch and low heat resistant PET bottles. They are not even recommended internationally for reuse.
- Hence the cost of Polycarbonate (PC) bottles are around Rs. 400/- as against PET bottle cost of around 120/- per bottle.
